For Christian Ville, cooking is much more than a job, it’s a passion. In truth, ask him about his ratatouille or the way he prepares any of the dishes he cooks for “le Bouchon du Grove”: you will immediately understand that in his famous establishment in Miami, nothing is done without great care, starting with the choice of products used to create the dishes presented on the menu.
Located in the heart of Coconut Grove, le Bouchon du Grove welcomes its customers in a warm and laid back environment, typical of the restaurants in Lyon, France. Christian (Chef Owner) and Raphaelle (General Manager), know how to surround themselves with a team of excellent professionals whose greatest concern is customer satisfaction.
Before settling in Miami, in 1998, Christian Ville learned from the greatest: Troisgros and Paul Bocuse at The Chewton Glen Hotel in England and Les Roches hotel in France amongst others. He also refined his art as head chef at “La Popote du Ministre” one of the restaurants of the Ministry of Defense in Paris, as well as a very famous Palace La Mamounia in Morocco.
